The samsung 840 SSD documentary is a marketing project that I worked on in 2014 with Spiceworks Studios. I was the post production supervisor for this project. My responsibilities included editing several hours of footage into a compelling "mini-doc”, designing and animating motion graphics, organizing the making of a custom soundtrack put together by sound designer Eduardo Ortiz Frau and editing together several small web trailers to promote the campaign. Also, I oversaw the editing of several how-to videos explaining the process of replacing your hard drive with a SSD. In the doc, employees of local business (Adlucent, Goodwill, and UShip) competed in relay-races, scavenger hunts, and building competitions to win SSD upgrades. We produced a mini-documentary, three small previews/teasers, and three how-to videos to use for the social media campaign.
